Core responsibilities
The support worker manages the daily operations of a therapeutic residential living environment, promoting skill development for the emotional, mental, and physical health of youth. Duties include supervising youth according to policy, teaching daily living and coping skills, and maintaining a safe, structured, trauma-Informed environment.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable record for transporting clients. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years working with children/Adolescents in residential, group home, or child welfare settings, along with hands-On crisis intervention skills.
