Registered Nurse RN New Graduate Neurology PCU

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The nurse is accountable for the quality of services delivered, utilizing specialized knowledge to assess data and plan care appropriate to the patient's physical and developmental age.

Applicants must possess a current, valid rn license in the state of practice and current bls certification, with a preference for a bsn, although adn is accepted at select locations. Candidates should have no more than 12 months of prior rn experience, and successful candidates are expected to remain in the new graduate rn residency program unit for at least 12 months.
