New Graduate Registered Nurse RN Intensive Care Unit ICU

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards, utilizing specialized knowledge for age-Appropriate care. Core functions include comprehensive patient assessment, formulating and revising care plans, implementing care through direct action and delegation, and documenting all aspects of patient response and treatment.

Applicants must be recent or upcoming graduates from an accredited nursing program, with a bsn preferred over an adn for some locations, and must possess or obtain a current bls card before the start date. Candidates should have no more than 12 months of rn experience, and previous healthcare experience is preferred.
