Pharmacy Technical Trainer

This role involves overseeing the development of pharmacy technician training materials and tracking tools, and delivering standardized training content utilizing adult learning principles. The trainer will also track education enrollment, coordinate feedback from trainees, and participate on system committees in an educational capacity.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience as a pharmacy technician, including demonstrated preceptor or educator experience, and hold current pharmacy technician certification. Required skills include strong organizational, problem-Solving, and computer abilities, along with proficiency in medication management software and automated dispensing systems.
