Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Float

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) float travels regionally to provide essential clinical services to clients and families across multiple clinics to ensure optimal progress and reduce session cancellations. Responsibilities include demonstrating high treatment integrity in implementing programming, accurate data collection, and effective collaboration with the aba team and other service providers.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field, and must hold or be willing to obtain rbt certification. Required abilities include lifting 50 pounds unassisted, maintaining close proximity to clients, obtaining bls/Cpr and crisis management training, and the flexibility to travel across various clinic locations.
