Behavior Technician (BT)

Behavior technicians will support children with autism spectrum disorder, adhd, and other developmental challenges by implementing evidence-Based aba interventions designed by bcbas to build life skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting precise behavioral data, maintaining session notes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary providers.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with reliable transportation for travel between client homes and the clinic. Passion for working with children and making a difference is essential, though the company provides full training and covers rbt certification costs for new applicants.
