Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sign-On Bonus

The role involves supporting children with autism, adhd, and other developmental challenges by implementing aba therapy through hands-On, child-Centered sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with bcbas and multidisciplinary teammates, tracking progress, and celebrating breakthroughs.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, providing proof upon hire, and must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is required for working monday through friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with occasional in-Home sessions.
