NCLEX Instructor - Boiling Springs, NC (On-Site)

Instructors must maintain high energy levels to engage students, effectively facilitate learning and learner development, and quickly learn the required teaching methodology and strategies. They are also responsible for active classroom management and attending required faculty and professional development meetings.

Candidates must be master's prepared nurses with a current, unencumbered registered nurse license and a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills, and weekday availability is required.
