NCLEX Instructor - Duluth, MN (On-Site)

The instructor must maintain high energy to engage students, effectively facilitate learning and learner development, and manage the classroom environment actively. They are also required to attend faculty meetings and professional development workshops as needed.

Candidates must possess an msn or bsn with a master's degree, hold a current, unencumbered registered nurse license, and have a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
