Child Care Associate

This role involves performing a wide range of duties related to the care of children aged 0 to 7 years old while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The associate promotes individual development through daily routines and age-Appropriate activities in cooperation with team members and parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess general caregiving knowledge of children 0-7 years of age, with specific educational qualifications required based on experience level, such as technical certificates, post-Secondary education, or a baccalaureate degree with relevant coursework. Prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, or aide is preferred.
