Core responsibilities
Post-Master's fellows provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients under direct supervision, typically carrying an active caseload of approximately 12–18 clients built gradually over the first months. Core training involves extensive supervision, monthly seminars, didactic seminars, grand rounds, and case consultations structured around developmental goals rather than productivity targets.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, counseling, mft, social work) from an accredited program and must have successfully completed a clinically focused master's-Level practicum or internship where individual psychotherapy was the primary activity. Applicants must also declare their licensure track (Licsw, lmft, or lpcc in minnesota) and have completed at least 9-12 months of clinic-Based formation prior to the start date.
