This role serves as a key team member ensuring equity and access for students with disabilities by coordinating and implementing individualized accommodations such as exam adjustments, notetaking services, and assistive technology. The coordinator will manage a caseload of students, respond to inquiries, support self-Advocacy skill development, and assist with outreach and university events.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Education, counseling, social work, psychology, public health) combined with over 3 years of relevant experience working with students with disabilities. Essential qualifications include the ability to interpret educational testing, apply ada/Section 504 regulations, demonstrate effectiveness with various campus partners, and possess operational knowledge of ferpa.
