Core responsibilities
The board-Certified behavior analyst will develop and guide behavioral programming for clients, review data to ensure progress toward goals, and utilize evidence-Based, trauma-Informed practices. This role involves providing behavioral coaching to program staff, completing functional behavior assessments, developing positive support plans, and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a current license as a board-Certified behavior analyst and hold a master's degree in psychology, special education, behavior intervention, or a related field. Required experience includes developing evidence-Based programming for students with low-Incidence disabilities and implementing behavioral interventions and plans using applied behavior analysis.
