Core responsibilities
The guide will create and maintain a high-Quality living and learning experience for 10th, 11th, and 12th-Grade upward bound students, including responding to student needs and maintaining a safe residence hall atmosphere. Responsibilities also involve supporting academic classes, planning workshops, tutoring, supervising field trips, and mentoring students on personal and career concerns.
Requirements summary
Applicants must have completed at least one year of college and be in good academic standing, demonstrating strong academic and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with low-Income/First-Generation students and prior camp counselor or residence hall leadership experience.
