Community Coach II Full-Time IDD

The community coach will provide necessary support to adults with intellectual/Developmental disabilities in various community settings, including job sites, assisting with on-The-Job tasks, exploring interests, and facilitating socialization.

Candidates must possess one year of experience in supported employment or job coaching with i/Dd populations, along with vocational experience and a high school diploma or ged. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for customer transportation are mandatory.
