Swim Lesson Instructor

Instruct private or group swimming lessons following ymca guidelines and prepared lesson plans, focusing on building effective relationships with students and parents. Maintain required records, attend meetings, follow all ymca policies, and organize class equipment.

Candidates must be 16 years of age or older and possess or obtain ymca swim instructor certification within 90 days, along with cpr, aed, basic first aid, and emergency oxygen certifications. Essential requirements include demonstrating proficiency in all major swim strokes and possessing strong organizational and customer service skills.
