IBC WNY Business Specialist

The business specialist will assist in implementing and administering the ibero business center (Ibc) program goals, empowering clients with knowledge to start and maintain profitable businesses for economic security. Essential duties include assisting spanish and english-Speaking entrepreneurs with business plan preparation, technical assistance, consulting, and facilitating training classes and workshops.

Candidates must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, self-Motivation, and the ability to work independently while setting priorities within agency policies. Qualifications require strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
