Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the direction of a clinical supervisor, addressing skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. Essential duties include providing direct treatment, collecting and recording data with high fidelity, and implementing supervisor feedback during sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, which includes written and field evaluations. Prior experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred.
