1 services to clients with autism spectrum disorder by implementing skill-Acquisition and behavior-Reduction plans under the supervision of a bcba. This role involves direct implementation of teaching plans, collecting data for each goal, and maintaining professional relationships with caregivers.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though some education in related fields like behavior analysis or psychology is preferred. Candidates need at least one year of cumulative experience with applied behavior analysis or working with children/Special needs populations under age 22, along with a valid driver's license.
