Position Summary
Guide students and parents through the process of High School course selection, college and/or career preparation, as well as helping students navigate academics, social, emotional and spiritual growth as they are inspired to be followers of Jesus at CCS.

Become a member of FB Concord or be an active member of a local like-minded bible teaching church Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church. Responsibilities
Partner with Upper School Principal to establish course schedule for the academic year based on enrollment and interest. Work with Admissions to evaluate new student transcripts and credit transfers, assist with entrance testing as needed Oversee drop/add process for High School students Advise & guide students & parents on the college entrance process; applications, financial aid, exams and visits (to Concord and students to campus) Order, coordinate, publish schedule and administer testing for preACT, PSAT, ACT, & SAT for students 8th-11th grade Work with student to create and achieve academic and career goals Prepare and send transcripts as requested to colleges and other agencies Inform & assist students with the dual enrollment process for opportunities at CCS Coordinate and run a parent night for incoming 8th graders as well as a College Fair Night Provide an active & accurate list of academic tutors for different subject areas Maintain students' records: GPA, Class Rank, required courses and credits for graduation from CCS Work with Athletic Director to distribute information about NCAA Clearinghouse Collaborate with teachers and administrators to help students succeed
WORKING CONDITIONS Typically, a 5-day work week in an office environment. Working with various socio-economic groups, ages and nationalities.
