Assistant Teacher Montessori of Weston

The assistant teacher collaborates with the montessori guide or lead teacher to provide an authentic classroom experience, supporting all classroom areas while ensuring the daily care of every child according to licensing and school standards. Responsibilities include facilitating interactive learning experiences and developing skills in observation, assessment, planning activities, and communicating with families under guidance.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in a licensed child care center, montessori school, or a related field. Completion of state educational requirements is mandatory, and prior montessori training, certification, or experience is preferred.
