Family Support Specialist - Healthy Families

The specialist will provide personalized support and guidance in the family's home, educating young, first-Time parents on pregnancy, baby care, nurturing, attachment, and healthy child development. Responsibilities also include encouraging positive parenting skills, assisting parents with achieving goals related to education, work, and housing, and connecting families with essential community resources.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working with children and families. A valid massachusetts driver's license is also required for this role.
