Core responsibilities

The youth worker is primarily responsible for engaging high-Risk young adults through relationships and programming, working with community partners to drive outcomes of economic independence and safety. This includes facilitating cognitive behavioral theory (Cbt) using roca’s intervention model and assisting youth in obtaining and sustaining employment.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of direct service work with high-Risk young people, preferably holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
