Life Coach

The life coach collaborates with management and clinical staff to identify goals and objectives for youth in treatment, providing training and guidance in those areas to facilitate progress. This role also involves acting as a liaison between the youth, the program, and external services for skill development opportunities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-5 years of experience in residential programs and direct care experience. A valid driver's license and a legally registered and insured car for work use are mandatory requirements.
