Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on foundational skills through natural play. Responsibilities include following prescribed plans, collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a college degree is preferred, and experience working with young children or implementing aba principles is beneficial. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting clients, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding and diapering.
