IIH-BA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician is responsible for implementing individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) and other developmental disabilities under the direct supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include delivering 1:1 aba therapy, recording accurate client progress data, and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with 3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, though a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of experience is preferred. Certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is preferred but must be obtained within 90 days if applicable, and reliable transportation is mandatory.
