Day Hab Program Activity Assistant

The assistant implements clinical and individual programs, assists with daily schedules, and provides direct support to persons served in a day habilitation setting, focusing on skill development across various domains. Responsibilities also include assisting with case management, maintaining daily documentation, and ensuring active engagement in meaningful activities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of relevant work experience or training. This position mandates driving using a vinfen van or personal vehicle, requiring the incumbent to be at least 21 years old with a valid us driver's license for six months and the ability to pass a background check.
