Day Hab Program Activity Assistant

The assistant implements clinical and individual programs, assists with daily schedules, and provides direct support to persons served in a day habilitation setting. Responsibilities also include assisting with case management, documentation, and ensuring active engagement in meaningful activities.

Candidates must have at least one year of relevant work experience or training, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to drive, pass background checks, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds and assisting clients with daily living tasks.
