Core responsibilities
This role is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster staff well-Being, connectedness, and engagement, including coordinating activities, planning seminars, and serving as a supportive resource to staff. Additionally, the coordinator manages recognition programs, celebrates staff achievements, and plans and executes major events like all staff meetings and appreciation events.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least two years of experience in employee engagement, event coordination, or organizational culture, preferably within nonprofit or education sectors. A personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and specific liability insurance are mandatory requirements for this position.
