Co-Teacher

The co-Teacher collaborates with the lead teacher to implement daily educational programs and ensure a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children. Responsibilities include planning activities, guiding behavior, and maintaining compliance with educational standards.

An associate’s degree in early childhood education or child development is preferred, along with two years of experience working with preschool children. A basic understanding of child development and safety practices is also required.
