Special Instructional Assistant

The special instructional assistant will work directly with students with significant developmental delays and social/Emotional deficits, providing individualized attention and support. Responsibilities include assisting special education teachers, implementing instructional activities, and maintaining communication with parents and staff.

Candidates must have an early childhood technical diploma or cda credential and two years of experience working with preschool children. A basic understanding of early childhood curriculum and special education practices is also required.
