Professor, Associate Degree Nursing

Responsibilities include teaching associate degree nursing theory and clinical practice in an acen accredited program, evaluating student work constructively, and developing/Revising course materials according to guidelines. The role also involves planning, supervising, and evaluating student clinical experiences, which may occur during day, evening, and weekend hours.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in nursing (Msn) or nursing education and have three years of nursing work experience, along with a current, unencumbered texas registered nurse (Rn) license. Preferred qualifications include two years of clinical experience in specific nursing areas or prior teaching experience in an adn program.
