Coordinator, Adult Education & Literacy Grants

The coordinator will collaborate with the adult education and literacy team to expand literacy education training across the san jacinto college district, involving accurate data entry, report preparation, and maintaining auditable documentation for lesson plans and participation. Key duties also include managing instructor timesheets, acquiring certification for student progress assessment, and providing english/Spanish translation services during intake and testing events.

A minimum requirement is an associate degree along with three years of experience in grant-Funded training or education programs, though a high school diploma and six years of experience may substitute. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in grant-Funded programs, along with proficiency in banner student management software or the state teams database.
