School Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will work directly with students in the classroom, implementing established service plans to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and providing instruction to foster independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and either hold rbt certification or be willing to pursue it (Paid for by the employer). Educational requirements can be met with an associate's or bachelor's degree, 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or by passing the parapro praxis assessment.
