School Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians work directly with students in the classroom, implementing established service plans to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. This role involves establishing relationships with clients and school teams while documenting interventions and progress towards goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and either hold registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or be willing to pursue it, which bayada will fund. Educational requirements include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or passing the parapro praxis assessment.
