Child Rehabilitation Counselor

Key responsibilities include implementing on-Site and off-Site rehabilitation activities, conducting intake meetings, and developing/Implementing individual rehabilitation plans for children. The role also involves completing community-Based visits, providing individualized support, and coordinating transportation for prp activities.

Candidates need knowledge of common childhood psychiatric diagnoses and the ability to write and implement individual rehabilitation plans, along with effective communication skills and experience working with children with mental health diagnoses. A bachelor's degree or 30 college credit hours in a human services field is preferred, or a high school diploma/Ged with at least one year of direct service experience, plus a valid maryland driver's license.
