Student Success Coach

The student success coach collaborates with faculty and students to create and monitor individual success plans, intervening when necessary for academic support, remediation, and resource connection. This role also involves team collaboration with advisors and faculty to identify at-Risk students and participating in program planning and delivery related to student success initiatives.

A minimum of an associate's degree is required, preferably in education, administration, or human services, along with at least two years of direct experience in student success-Related activities. Candidates must demonstrate strong relationship-Building skills, organizational abilities, flexibility, and the capacity to work under pressure with detailed regulations.
