Assistant Coach I, Mens Lacrosse

This part-Time role supports the daily operations of the men’s lacrosse program by assisting the head coach with coaching, recruiting, scouting, and administrative duties. The assistant coach must promote the academic success, athletic development, and overall well-Being of student-Athletes while adhering to ncaa division ii values and regulations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a record of success in coaching and recruiting student-Athletes at the collegiate level, along with up to one year of relevant experience. Essential abilities include strong leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and ethical team environment.
