Retention & Student Success Student Positions

Student employees will support peers through mentoring, tutoring in specific subjects, and coaching on executive functioning skills like organization and time management. Responsibilities include meeting with assigned students, tracking progress, clarifying academic material, and acting as a resource for campus services.

Candidates must demonstrate strong academic performance and excellent communication skills, along with professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior leadership or peer support experience is preferred, and all necessary training will be provided upon hiring.
