Clinical Trainer

The clinical trainer will administer and co-Develop curricula covering core clinical and cvi skills, including trauma care, conflict resolution, and evidence-Based practices for various staff levels within the metropolitan peace academy team. This role also involves delivering specialized training programs, facilitating ongoing development sessions, and ensuring standardization of wellness protocols to combat secondary trauma.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, including curriculum design and coordination. Applicants must also pass all screenings, including criminal background checks, with no prior convictions for sexual assault, child abuse, or domestic violence.
