Youth Apprenticeship

This role involves supporting the ymca's mission by implementing age-Appropriate curriculum, mentoring staff, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment for children according to licensing rules. Responsibilities also include interacting positively with children and parents, preparing snacks, and promptly reporting any concerns to the supervisor.

Applicants must be at least 17 years old and meet educational qualifications compliant with dcf wisconsin licensing rules for group child care centers, or be able to complete them within three months of hire. Preferred qualifications include current cpr/Aed certification, and candidates may need to pass a fingerprint background check and health physical.
