Youth Sports Instructor

The youth sports instructor assists and leads assigned youth sport programs under the direction of the youth sports director, which includes setting up and cleaning equipment and teaching the assigned curriculum. Responsibilities also involve maintaining participant safety, communicating with parents, and reporting concerns to the director.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old and possess reliable transportation to attend offsite programming locations. Required abilities include comfort working with children aged 3-12, leading small groups, strong communication, and the capacity to interact with children at their cognitive level.
