Faculty HR Specialist (Internal Candidates Only)

The faculty hr specialist manages the daily review, processing, and coordination of multiple faculty hr actions requiring central approval, such as contracts, salary requests, and hiring requests. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to process improvements for academic units.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or higher education is required, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant hr or administrative experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency with technology, and the ability to interpret and apply institutional policies independently.
