Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collecting data on treatment plan goals while working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities also include addressing problem behaviors using positive techniques, assisting with caregiver support, and maintaining timely documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Availability for at least 15 hours during afternoons and evenings is required, along with a valid driver's license and successful completion of background checks and physical exams.
