Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collect data on treatment plan goals, and work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities also include addressing problem behaviors using positive techniques and assisting with caregiver support and training.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a preference for some college coursework. A minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, along with afternoon/Evening availability (At least 15 hours) and a valid driver's license.
