Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication and social interaction while managing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be passionate about helping children with autism while demonstrating patience and teamwork. Applicants must also be physically capable of demanding movements and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
