AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Service-Learning Cohort (2026)

Summer associates will support academic engagement, mentoring, and basic needs outreach for students and families in high-Poverty communities within school-Linked programs. They will assist with summer enrichment activities, provide social-Emotional support, and coordinate family resources like food distribution and referrals.

This is a temporary summer associate vista position running from may 18, 2026, to july 10, 2026, requiring a commitment to a monday through friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional evening and weekend events expected. The role focuses on building the long-Term capacity of safe passages to expand critical services.
