Lead Teacher Infant Toddler

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum, managing the classroom environment to be safe and nurturing, and maintaining positive communication with families regarding child progress. They must also supervise children during all activities to uphold health and safety standards and collaborate with support staff.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a cda preferred, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a licensed setting. Essential qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrated effectiveness in communicating with children, families, and faculty.
