The group exercise instructor is responsible for designing and teaching safe, high-Quality, effective, challenging, and fun group exercise classes based on the class format. This includes planning the composition and choreography of each class while consistently changing music and routines relative to participants.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's degree preferred. A current national ncca-Accredited group exercise instructor certification or ymca certification is required, or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
