Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision, delivering one-On-One therapy sessions and accurately collecting data on client progress across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior domains. Key duties include utilizing positive reinforcement, monitoring client changes, and collaborating with families and team members.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver license, rbt certification is mandatory, and experience in aba or working with special needs children is beneficial.
